• A Letter for Everyone

You’re never alone. I’ve spent the majority of my life feeling alone.
From middle school to early adulthood, I was so depressed I was unable to cry.
Everyone’s path to recovery is different. If it takes medication, don’t feel bad about that.
There’s strength in seeking assistance. There’s strength in learning to love yourself.

Never forget that someone else out there is feeling what you’re feeling, the world is so big.
But don’t let that make you feel small. You’re a part of this beautiful gigantic world we’ve created together.
Everything you do changes the course of human history in drastic ways.
When you can’t get out of bed, know that you’re gonna be okay.
    Know that someone loves you.
Know that, through this letter, I’m sending love to everyone who has to experience what I did.

I promise. You’ll get better, even if it takes years.
The joy of life is worth every second of silent agony I weathered.
