Myriads watch the sun sink slowly
gone the day; the light; the sky,
    time fled, and she walked by;
there, she’s done, gone …and lost
and to see her light again
to hold that spirit, kiss her soul
How can I wish the dream real
    despite the cost?

To feel the presence of the living light
Such power beyond all physical sight
To be rejuvenated and brought anew
Led from dark to light, all thanks to you
Strengthen my spirit and expand my heart
Ignite the fire, the spark in me, hold me tight until you depart

Let’s reach the heights beyond our home
Forging crystal and diamonds from cold stone
    Powered, empowered, enlightened by lift
All I can give, pure heart for a pure gift

And when I finally fall back to earth
A sadness grows, and only gets worse
I begin to wonder, how can a man
Kiss the light, or hug the wind?
Can he lose something that he never had?

Has often wondered , if you have seen me with such clarity from the beginning, and if you had access to everything I’ve thought and more, that perhaps you also knew how to lead us to a specific point later on that does not compromise who we feel we want to be as people.

I also see the danger in those thoughts considering my life as is and how unreasonable it should seem to me to want to keep developing and exploring with you, while trying to maintain and not just be good to what I have but to find ways of thinking that won’t sow seeds of thought that I feel disrespect the beautiful things that are in my life.
