If Prince John is ipso facto the inspiration for the Constitution, does that make his arch enemy, Robin Hood, ipso facto a terrorist?

It was actually a conglomerate of landlords that rebelled against the increased taxation for king richards fight with Saladin among other hits to the coffer.
If I’m remembering right all this right, King Richards war on the city of Jerusalem was bleeding England dry. Prince John was just the guy they pinpointed because he was the face for it. Where King Richard was known for being a tactician and battle strategist, his son was not remembered so kindly.

From what I was reading Robin hood is mostly folklore, inspired by yeoman or something that sounds suspiously like a highway men that occasionally clashed with the sheriff. Do you think it’d be how some of the outlying groups praise big bank robbers today?
