What do you do when you see not just one perspective but many? I need more time to process things because I often see more than one “simple truth”. So it’s probably no surprise that I get easily annoyed by people who insist on the simple thing and choose to ignore different (maybe more unpleasant or unfitting) sides of a story.

Indeed! Vive le difference! It is voice of many perspectives which educates us. We listen and find a common place to meet, and expand on that. This is how relationships are formed.

By living a righteous life being honest & upfront constantly it is simple.

It’s always simple when you close your eyes and refuse to see more than you want to.

Few truths are simple, and there are as many perspectives as there are eyes to see. Those who think being honest is simple are being simple themselves. Honesty untempered by insight and caring is a brutal trait.

So maybe there is also no simple answer to your question. Though I would say – rejoice that you see further than others! They see one side, you see many. As Oedipa said, start with what is a common place to meet, and grow from there. How great if you are the one to lead them out of Plato’s cave! Do not grow frustrated with their chains but rather help loosen them.
