• I don’t mind being alone, but I want to be alone with you.

Have you ever fallen in love with a stranger? It’s complete infatuation and means next to nothing but you create this elaborate life in your mind that involves you holding their hand and kissing your neck.
Then this stranger says hi and you don’t believe your luck. You have created this fantasy that seems to be coming true and those wonderful feelings that usually disperse after a second start to fester. He agrees to drinks and you talk for a while. Then you see him again for lunch, then a hike. But not romantically, you talk about life and share funny stories. Those initial feelings grow and grow. You think about him before you go to sleep and plan on confessing your crush but chicken out before you can. You call these hangouts dates but never hold his hand. You smile and look interested in what he says. It’s so easy to be around him. You just wish he was more intimate.
He teaches you new things and is incredibly interesting. But you don’t know what to do with these feelings or where to put them. And then he will leave. I know it, he has no real plans and I can’t make him stay. I don’t mind being single, I’ve been working on myself but I want him, I wanted him from the moment I saw him.
