Most days my hands are clenched,
    intangible and misguided,
    clouded by uncertainty,
    hindered by past calamities,
    of which they hold tirelessly.
    Intermittently, thoughts come to focus,
nostalgic bliss of which love once appeared,
a notion of togetherness and infinite happiness,
wading in the waves of yesteryear,
crashing against the empty shores of today.
Open, I try, to release these vessels,
    of pain and sorrow,
to take me to an island far away,
where I can learn to love again.

I feel your every word profoundly
My escape and a brand new life begins October
      No regrets
May you find your way to your Island far away
May we both find our happiness again
      Best wishes, sincerely
