I’ve deleted your number and I’ll write this here because I know better than to send you a confrontational message.
IS IT SO FUCKING HARD TO BE HONEST WITH PEOPLE THESE DAYS? I’m interested to understand why – only one week after you said you were ‘too busy for anything right now’ and ‘it’s certainly nothing you’ve done’ because you felt like ‘there could be something here’ but you wanted to focus on your career – which by the way I completely understood and respected!
(I also would like to point out, that at no time when we were dating did I say that I wanted to become your entire life, nor did I text you every five minutes (or even every day) I didn’t add your family on facebook or invite your mum round for dinner so I don’t understand what part of the situation was getting too serious for you, but I still respected that you wanted to focus on your life, it was after all absolutely none of my business.)
What I don’t understand is how, only one week after we have had this conversation, you have decided to reinstate your dating profile if you felt you were ‘just too busy’ for anything right now. If you’d have just said that you didn’t want to pursue the situation any further or that you were just in it for fun I would have understood, but this has left me more confused and irrationally angry.
I don’t understand why it is so hard for people to be honest with each other??
I’ve deleted your number and I’ll move on from this now, I just needed to write something to you, even if I never send it.
