    Dear Mom,
Your drinking has really gotten out of hand. It hurts me to see you drinking. You may not fully understand this but, you hurt me down to my core when you’re drunk.
You’re killing yourself slowly and I can’t watch it anymore, which is why I moved.
The morals you uphold when you’re sober goes completely out the window when you’re drinking.
I need to let you go. I can’t continue constantly worrying about you. I’ll miss you but, you’re no longer a positive person in my life.
I love you and I’ll miss you,
    Me
