To those of you not doing so already:
I was wondering if we could try to be kinder today? I understand some of you are angry, sad, healing. But I’m thinking it could be beneficial for maybe just today to try to empathise? You don’t have to comment if you don’t want to. I just thought if everyone here were to really try to not react negatively to letters and comments it might be a positive thing? As for myself, I will do my best to read each letter and really try to understand each personal perspective no matter how different from my core beliefs and experiences. I will try to practice empathy and reserve judgement. I will do my best to lift someone else up instead of displacing my own anger or sadness.
I’d really like to aknowledge those few of you who already do so. It’s helped me on really bad days and it’s rare on places such as this. You are kind and special people.
