• Typos on the North Face

    We say that alcohol does not solve our troubles. We picture doing things differently, but still get stuck in the loop sometimes. How to quit with the repetition? Do you have advice? I could certainly use it?

      You need to resolve whatever emotional baggage you are carrying around. Alcohol is an avoidant. It’s something to numb you from feeling what needs to be felt/dealt with. Stay away from people you usually drink with or places you purchase alcohol by yourself. Lastly, if all else fails, the next time you pour yourself a drink, go into your bathroom and stare at yourself every time you swallow.

      Alcoholics anonymous, arp.lds.org, or others. I’m not saying that you are an alcoholic nor would I judge you if you are. Asking for and receiving help does not make you weak, it gives you strength! There are lot’s of broken people out there, believe it or not we care.
