    Today I started my eating healthy “diet” eating only fruit and veg seeds nuts and drinking water and fruit only smoothies i’ve already done my workout from the help of youtube today
    (I lost my dvds).

    I want to lose weight not that i’m obese but I could do with losing a bit.

    I am motivated at the moment I want a nice body to wear my bikini and not feel conscious of the way I look all the time.

    I have been looking into kick boxing seems good and would keep me fit also help me lose abit of weight.

    Waking up at 6am going down the beach having a jog and using the free gym exercise equipment they have down there could help me tone up and when I get back home using my bob boxing dummy and afterwards doing kick boxing workout then having a light lunch.

    for the first time in my life I’m actually excited about being healthy rather than eating the junk I normally eat and doing nothing but a daily walk around the park with my dog.

    I Must stick to it as if im enjoying it because exercise can be fun?… Right? Lol

    I am determined to live a healthier life it will make me feel better about myself inside and out I will look better which will make me feel better inside so that is what is going to give me motivation and determination to do this so I feel better about myself.

      Well done, stick to it my friend, you will start to see results.
      kick boxing is a great for losing weight and learning some defence techniques along the way.
