Relationships at times are difficult. Even with advance age we struggle to find understanding, happiness and love. To those that have lost, you will learn from your experience and grow. Be patient. The person you have always waited for will arrive at the right time. Look inside. Be kind and gentle with yourself. People that are unkind, do not fret, for they are troubled. Be strong and pick yourself up. A small change or outlook in yourself may be needed to bring a different type of person to you. One who is honest, caring and nonjudgmental. They are there, waiting also to find the one who will love them unconditionally.

Relationships are only difficult when people are stuck with problems they cannot solve.

Peace comes with love. Where there is ‘no love’ there is no peace. Love >= acceptance, we often mirror back that which is given to us. What we project out to the world is usually what we receive in return, but when we send out love and receive indifference or at the worst criticism, it can break your heart, body, and mind.

That’s when you have to walk away…usually angry or worse crying. This is the first stage of grief, then we move onto acceptance, and forgiveness, which doesn’t always mean extending the relationship into the future…
