Mankind’s greed has the sensitivity for Life and Death dwindling. Everything created by mankind ends up killing more than nature itself.
We could have been satisfied with simple creations, but we kept asking for better, faster, more technical inventions when we could have gotten by with bicycles, or a car that was limited when it came to speed.
It’s not that these things aren’t good enough–mankind just doesn’t want to be satisfied with what we already have.
It’s a subtle, invisible greed that has plagued our kind. When we will realize it, that might just be at the end of our world.
