I haven’t seen you in almost 2 years. We have been divorced for 3. The one thing left tying us together is coming to an end and I am happy, yet sad. I am glad we will no longer have to deal with things, as they will be settled, but a part of me is sad I will officially no longer have contact with you (even though it is only short email once a month.

I have tried to reach out to you to heal the damage that was done by both of us, but I guess you do not care nor want that. I will respect that decision, but will never forget the good things, and will try and not dwell on the bad.
