    Dear Heart,

Remember that you have to keep beating no matter what the circumstance even though you’ve been really hurt, more than once, you have to keep beating. You cannot quit doing your job because you’re afraid of what may happen or even afraid of what IS happening. Sometimes, when you’re working your hardest to maintain a barrier, you’re missing out on something so much more worth while. Sometimes, as a heart, you have to work a little harder when the chance comes to talk to someone who could change the way that you work. One day heart, you’re going to meet another heart who beats to the same rhythm as you and you’re going to have to be willing to open up to them. I know that it is a scary deal because sometimes hearts that once held the same beat get off rhythm and never sync back up and then you feel like you’re breaking for a little while, but you’re actually just adjusting. I know that it may seem like it is a challenge. Well, that’s because it is a challenge. Accept the challenge, beat hard, keep going, allow things to happen how they should. Let those barriers fall down and embrace the love that two hearts beating together exude.

    Love,
    your owner

how do you keep going forward with all the love you have in your heart for someone when you are scared because nothing is ever guaranteed? what gets you through those hard times when all you want to do is hug and love this person, but throw in the towell at the same time because then at least you know the relationship failed on your terms?
i love him so much, but i’m so scared.

I personally believe that if you really love someone that the love part is not hard, its life that gets hard and gets in the way and you have to push life out of it for a minute. You have to strip away the dirt and find the roots of why you love and how much you love. If you can’t find roots than its not really love and sometimes people trick themselves into loving someone but love is breed into us as humans and loving isn’t hard, life is.

Reality-Your words truly hit home and made so much sense. Like you said, life is hard and will probably get harder but finding the root of our love is simple. That’s what I need to remember, and that’s what I need to act on. I can’t thank you enough for your wise words. You may have just saved me from making a huge mistake. Thank you!
