When a quiet person speaks, listen. It’s probably important either to them or you. But if you shut them up keep in mind thats probably the way they’ll remain next time you want them to speak.
truth-you know your quiet people. And I have found that often times quiet people are some of the most interesting and dear people, with the best things to say because they don’t speak unless they really have thought about it. I know this too because I am a quiet person.
