Thanks for remembering. It meant a lot. Look, this is the way it needs to be but just know that I think of you every day because we’re soulmates and neither time nor distance will change that. 
Lovely and sad at the same time…cause I can relate to this one indefinitely.
It can certainly make you sad unless you remember that true soulmates, whether it was a romantic relationship or not, will never really be apart. It’s why even though I miss him, I smile instead of frown when I think of him.
