I really want to be happy for you, and I would be, except that you’ve made it fairly clear that you’re about to base a major life decision on “because it looks prettier there.” It’s more expensive, several hundred miles away, and you’ve never even been there in person so for all you know it could be horrible. But hey, it looks pretty in the pictures. Never mind that you won’t be able to see anyone who’s not already there without buying a plane ticket, and that you’ll have several thousand dollars more of student debt in the end, and there’s probably a reason people are always transferring away from there – it looks pretty, and that’s all that matters. I know you won’t listen to me, but you really need to stop and actually think this through instead of basing your decision entirely on how photogenic the scenery is.

And maybe sometimes, you’ve just spent too much time where you are, in the ugly, ugly place you are that sometimes, you just have to take a risk and leave, leave to somewhere beautiful.
