    Mirror, mirror on the wall
Who is the fairest of them all.
Is it her or is it me? Can someone
tell me please ‘cuz I can’t stand
    here waiting, hoping,
    wishing on that star

    This fairytale has to end.
    Your someone else’s Prince and
we’re doomed to just be friends.
So I’ll eat that apple and sleep forever,
Go back and find that glass slipper.
Cuz were not gonna live happily ever after.

    I stare at you,
    not ready to say goodbye
    not ready to ride away
    But with that one glance
and smile in the same stance,
    I remember why

    This fairytale has to end.
    Your someone else’s Prince and
we’re doomed to just be friends.
So I’ll eat that apple and sleep forever,
Go back and find that glass slipper.
Cuz were not gonna live happily ever after.

    Here I go
I’m not looking back into that looking glass
You’ll be a stranger from my past
But when I opened that door
You looked at me and told me
    she said…

    This fairytale has to end.
    Your someone else’s Prince and
we’re doomed to just be friends.
So I’ll eat that apple and sleep forever,
Go back and find that glass slipper.
Cuz were not gonna live happily ever after.

If only that last part really happened…
