• When do you let go

When is it time to fight for what you want and believe in and when is it time to quit? I quit too easily in the past, am I fighting too hard now? If I quit now it feels like I’m saying I don’t care anymore, and that will never be the case.

You know the situation better than anyone. If there is a chance of success don’t quit.

…when you can’t physically remember anymore what it felt like for that person to devour you with their lovemaking bc it’s been so long; when you cant remember the last time that person looked you in your eyes with an open soul and longing in theirs; when you can’t remember the last time you knew that person couldn’t stand another minute withOUT you; when you can’t remember the last time you felt really special to them.
When that person can’t retrieve any desire once felt for you.
When that person habitually rejects your love and has for so long that you have resorted to not contacting or seeing them ever because you can’t bear the pain of one more molecule of proof that you mean so little to them.

In my opinion, fighting for something is only right when you feel it is right… if you are still fighting but find that it is something you truely dont want to be doing, it is no longer worth it… at that point you are now fighting against your happiness rather than fighting for your happiness.
