    Kissing you feels so perfect
    so different from anyone else
that’s how i know this is true

But true does not always mean right
    not always.

    The timing is always off.

We aren’t the people we need to be yet.
So we can’t be the people we need to be with each other.

    Maybe in a week
    or a month
    or in a few years
    I’ll call you.
    just to talk.
    because i miss you.

and i will continue to kiss you.

    because it is perfect.

But for now, i think we should be friends.
    friends.
who really like each other. who share perfect kisses.

    it’s simpler that way.

I have SO much love for you.

and i know who you are
    and how you feel

but we have to wait until we can channel our feelings in a way that is as beautiful and perfect as our kisses. In a way where it is right.

Oh goodness, when I read this I didn’t use the word “kissing” to mean with the lips. I took it to mean shared kisses from the heart… those that can be shared and felt deep within the soul.
