They say I have no past
But its the only thing I have
All I remember are the whispers of footsteps approaching behind me
    So then I ran.
    And the stars kept bursting
    Left everything behind,
    Yet whilst I ran
    I kept blurred memories
In the side pocket of my soul
    They soon faded, replaced
As ran forward I barely noticed Everything else walked backwards
Or so it seemed, urging me to stop
    Yet I did not listen
    And the sun kept kissing
Yet time caught up with me
    Now I’ve stopped
    I am where I am
But where is here if not the end?
    And the wind kept singing
They say I have no past
    They are wrong
    They say time is unforgiving
This time shadows speak the truth
    On to the next dimension
This time I’ve no choice but to stroll

Sentiments from my soul and apparently straight into your mind,
      expressed so beautifully…
      Hello Melancholy.
