It takes one look and you’re hooked.
I’m not who you think I am.

You listen to a maxximum of five words I say and then immediatley throw them away.
I’m not who you think I am.

Your shallowness allows you to overpass my sass,
yet I’m still not who you think I am.

You show you care when I frown, but do you really care that I’m down?
They say you’ll buy me nice things just so you can get that one thing.
I try not to believe this is true, but then I realize…it’s what you do.
We scream and fight all through the night until we realize it’ll never be right.

I’m not who you thought I was.

I’m not, nor ever will be anyone’s doormat that you can just lay on your floor flat.
So before you decide you want me in your pants try giving my personality a chance.
