• Dear Stranger,

How’d our paths split in such a way? Once intertwined, so close, and yet so far. A relationship perhaps doomed to fail, but there was always this hope.

    Perhaps, perhaps,
was it all just a fairy tale written by the strings of my own imagination?
Maybe you didn’t care. Maybe I shouldn’t have cared. Maybe it was all a lie. You’ve gone, you know. You’ve gone far away. You left, with a single departure made months ago. “Goodnight,” I said. “Goodnight,” you said. One word that denoted the end of this chapter. The end of our tale. One that loomed for so long.

I am no longer bitter of such. Perhaps this was meant to take place. I wish you the very best, stranger. Our paths may meet again one day, but in the mean time, you are gone. We have not spoken since March, and it just seems so far away now.

You may never see this, but just understand that I have never forgotten you. Even with a memory like mine, I have never forgotten. I want to thank you. You have made me grown in more ways than one. You’re unforgettable. You may not care in the slightest, heck, I wouldn’t be surprised if you laughed.

Just know that you always have and always will be amazing. Thank you.
I know your dreams will come true.

    I’m cheering for you, always.
