Yes, you.  I’m speaking directly to you.  I bet you had a hard day and would just like a warm blanket and a soft rub on your back.

I’m sorry I can’t provide those things to you…but I am thinking really good, positive thoughts about you.  I hope you are surrounded by love and that tomorrow you awaken to find something even better about your life.

Today, I ask you to take a deep breath and be thankful.  I ask you to close your eyes and visualize a united world that is grateful for the little, perfect things around us every day.  Have you seen a gerbera daisy?  A stellar jay?  Heard a baby’s laughter?

Breathe deeply and thank whomever you can find.  Thank them for the beautiful things that surround you.  Thank them for your health.  Thank them for your friends and family.  Thank them for your home and your animals.  Finally, thank them for your breath.

Do you feel  it?  It’s called gratitude.  It’s free.  It’s in front of you. It’s abundant.  It only starts with a “thank you”.

    Thank you.

Thank a stranger tomorrow and mean it.  Pass it on.

I’m waiting til Monday for my doctor to call.
He’ll give me the results / the writing on the wall.
Often of this world I’ve grown so tired.
I have no fear of death neither feared nor desired.
In Moonday at 2 I’ve got a date with destiny.
I’ll find out what ‘s making a shell of the former me.
Weeks of no energy, nor appetite has made my mind a blur.
Where once was,”Hey How you doin?” is now whispered,”What’s the matter with her?”
With amusement I began to wonder is this the first stage of being dead.
My thoughts become jumbled inside my aging Hippie’s head.
Dad, Dave, Dawg too . . hope you all remember your promises to me remember what you said.
All of you promised to come get me the day that I’m dead.
Dad bring my dogs, forget not a one.
Dave get ready, you’ll be sneezin before that day is done.
Dawg bring little Spirit I want him to see me.
From that time on the other side’s where I will be.
The perfect place to regroup, all my dogs, my much missed, beloved heroes and me.
No matter the news Monday I’m ready to go, no regrets, no fear.
Paradise is there, penance is here.
My only true wish is this one thing.
My friends I love in this life know how deeply my love for them is endless as an eternal spring.
Bodies break, get tired and die love is forever.
Look at sunrise and think of me.
I’ll be the brightest color that morning your eyes will see.
Hear the leaves rustle in a gentle breeze, think of me again in the buzz of the bees.
Lay in a field and watch the night sky,
Know behind the clouds I will be be with others looking back at you from way up high.

Don’t know the outcome of the tests but only know how I feel
Just incase ya know if you think this is ok maybe to put out when the time
